When we opened 360 Bistro in 2007, we set out to build one of the South's great wine collections — not just a long list, but a thoughtfully curated library that rewards every kind of wine lover, from the curious newcomer to the seasoned collector.

Two decades of relationships with importers, estates, and négociants have given us access to allocations and back vintages that few restaurants outside of New York or San Francisco can offer. Our cellar holds more than 1,000 selections spanning every major wine region in the world, with particular depth in Burgundy, Bordeaux, Piedmont, Napa Valley, and the Rhône.

The result is a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence — recognizing both breadth of selection and quality of curation. We've received it every year since 2011, and it remains a reflection of the care we put into every bottle on our list. The 2026 award marks our 16th consecutive year.

Our by-the-glass program is designed so that every guest — whether you're here for a quick glass at the bar during happy hour or exploring a new region over a three-course dinner — can drink exactly what excites you without committing to a full bottle. Selections rotate regularly and span a full range of prices, styles, and origins.

This is one of the largest by-the-glass programs in Tennessee, and it's one of the things our regulars love most about dining with us.

One of the advantages of buying wine for twenty years is that our cellar holds bottles you simply cannot find anymore — aged Barolos, mature Napa Cabernets, library-release Bordeaux, and vertical collections that let you taste how a single vineyard evolves across multiple harvests.

These are wines that have been stored properly in our cellar from the day they arrived, and they're available at prices that reflect what we paid — not what the secondary market demands. Throughout the year, we host wine dinners featuring visiting winemakers, vertical tastings, and multi-course meals paired to a single producer's portfolio. Past guests have included estates from Napa Valley, Burgundy, Piedmont, and Australia's McLaren Vale.
