These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 360bistro.com and related services (the "Site") operated by ASA Ventures, LLC d/b/a 360 Bistro ("360 Bistro," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.
Reservations
Reservations are processed through OpenTable and are subject to OpenTable's terms and policies. We do our best to honor all reservations, but seating times, table requests, and availability are not guaranteed.
Private Events
Inquiries submitted through the Site do not confirm an event. Private dining and events are confirmed only by a separate written agreement. That agreement's deposit, minimum, and cancellation terms will apply.
Menus, Pricing & Availability
Menu items, wine selections, prices, hours, and special events listed on the Site may change without notice. Prices on the Site may differ from in-restaurant pricing.
Allergies & Dietary Needs
Our kitchen handles common allergens. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free of allergens. Please tell your server about any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 and older with valid identification, in line with Tennessee law. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are subject to the terms shown at purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Communications
If you provide your email or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry or reservation. You may also receive marketing messages if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by replying STOP to text messages.
Automated Assistance
We may use automated or AI-powered tools to help answer questions and handle inquiries. Information from these tools is provided for convenience. Please confirm important details, such as reservations, event terms, and allergen information, directly with our staff.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to 360 Bistro and may not be copied or used without our written permission. This includes text, logos, photos, menus, and design.
Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as OpenTable, Popmenu, Google, and Meta. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy at www.360bistro.com/privacy-policy.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Bistro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
