360 is a progressive fine dining concept, focused around an ever-changing menu. The menu is written up to seven times a week, dictated by the freshest available seafood, meat, game, and produce. Our seafood, the highest quality and freshest in Nashville, is flown in overnight from New York and the west coast, and it goes on the menu that day. The entire menu is farm-driven and made-from-scratch, and executed by one of the Nashville's most creative and up and coming chefs, Aaron Patin. In addition to Patin's food, 360 offers
over seventy wines by the glass, along with a special reserve list. There is also a signature cocktail menu featuring classic and seasonal drinks, an extensive collection of premium hard to find liquors, and a selection of imported and domestic beers.

360 is proud to offer weekly selections of wine served in 3oz. tasting sized portions with our own unique twist. The 360's are available in the following flights: light body reds, full body reds, light body whites, and full body whites.

What's Happening at 360?

We will be serving our special Valentine's Day Menu on Saturday and Sunday. The menu, which can be viewed by clicking the button at the middle of this home page, will cost $65/per person. Please call for reservations!

360 will be hosting several wine tasting events throughout February. The cost for each event is only $15 per person (with the exception of the Vidal-Fleury tasting, which is free!), and as always, we offer a 10% discount on all food that evening. All events will be hosted by either the winemakers, or someone closely associated with the wineries. We are happy to work in conjunction with some of Nashville's finest retailers to make these events possible.
